Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are typically 10% of the total goods cost (and are subject to VAT) and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery time for the majority of our products is estimated at 7 - 10 working days (Group 2 Colours – Grey, Pear, Cherry, Rosewood estimated at 4 - 6 weeks or call to check stock), the first working day after purchase being day one – this service is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote). You will receive a phonecall a minimum of 24 hours prior to the delivery date to confirm which day your order will be delivered.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, typically between 9am and 5pm. We can not allocate an exact time of delivery; however we can arrange for a courtesy call to be made 1 hour prior to arrival (please discuss this option when you receive the delivery confirmation phonecall).

48 Hour Delivery Seating will be delivered within 2 working days if the order is placed before 11am - this service is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote).

Certain products are made to order and take can up to 3 - 4 working weeks to be delivered – this service is available for UK Mainland only (for Ireland, the Highlands and UK islands please call for a quote). These products include screens and some of our seating, and are labelled as being so on their description pages.
