Delivery: I did not realise the seat was sent until the it was delivered. Fast service and am very happy with this.
Chair: Easy to put together. It feels a bit flimsy, which I put down to the way the seat is housed onto the gas mechanism. Lumbar support is highly effective and back support is very good. The instructions are very basic.To get the chair to tilt, I had to pull out the seat height leaver to unlock the seat. The instructions did not mention this. I found this out by trial and error. Good service and good chair none-the-less. I would recommend chair.
Comfy large seat, good back support but still feels a bit flimsy.

Came next day delivery as promised. Very easy to set up and excellent quality for price. Really comfortable. Would definitely recommend it and buy from this company again.

I cannot fault the speed in which this item was delivered in, also the value for money is amazing. Its an excellent chair that would particularly suit an individual who may suffer with lower back problems like me! I would recommend this chair to anyone who may be considering to buy it!!
