Quotes for 5 or more, and for mixed orders

Prices and VAT

Prices include VAT, with the price excluding VAT shown as well for businesses that reclaim it.

Delivery and installation

Delivery is free to most UK postcodes; there is a charge for the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and a short list of other postcodes, set out in our delivery policy. Many stocked items arrive the next working day, subject to stock and courier availability. Made-to-order furniture takes longer, and how long depends on the product: check its product page, or ask our friendly team to confirm the lead time before you order.

Larger items come on a pallet with a tail lift, to the kerbside. Where checkout offers it, choose room of choice delivery, or delivery and installation: a two-person team brings the furniture to the room, and with installation they build it and take the packaging away.

Returns for business customers

Business customers can return unused, unassembled items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee and the cost of collection come off the refund. Made-to-order and installed items can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described, and made-to-order orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. Our returns policy has the full terms.

Can you deliver to several addresses?

An online order goes to one delivery address. If you need furniture sent to several sites, call or email us with the addresses and quantities and we will quote for it.
