How to choose a meeting table
How many people?
Measure the room first and leave space to pull chairs out and walk behind them, then compare the table length on each product page. Sizes run from 800mm meeting tables to the Albion boardroom tables at 4.4 metres long, and the made-to-order ranges come in multiple finishes. The Hub tables run to 4 metres.
Which shape?
Rectangular tables fit most rooms. Round and square tables, such as the 1100mm Round Meeting Table and the Adapt II square tables, put everyone at the same distance. The D End table has rounded ends, and our modular meeting tables include tilting and multipurpose tables you can rearrange.
Finish
Most tables come in white, beech, oak or grey oak. Made to order options come in multiple finishes.
Made to order
The Albion tables are made to order, with a 4 to 6 week lead time. Check the product page for its lead time, or ask our friendly team before you order. A made-to-order item can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering; after that it can only be returned if it is faulty or not as described.

Delivery and returns
We deliver to England, Scotland and Wales, and standard delivery is free to most addresses. A surcharge applies to the Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and some listed postcodes (see the delivery policy). Items marked Next Day Delivery arrive the next working day, subject to stock, when you order before the cut-off shown on the product page.
If you change your mind, a home customer can send a table back within 30 days of delivery. It must be unused, still flat-packed and in its original packaging, and the collection charge is taken off the refund. Business orders carry a 15% restocking fee plus collection.
