Can I remove the arms from your chairs

On certain chair models, the arms can be removed. Please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.

Do you offer bulk discounts

Yes, all applicable bulk discounts are automatically applied at the checkout. However, if you are not happy with the automatic discount then please get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we can deliver and install anywhere in mainland UK. You can either select this option on checkout, or you can contact us directly for further information.

Do you offer a price match service

Yes! If you have seen the same product elsewhere (must be like for like), then send us the link and we can price match.

How long should I be sitting in my office chair for?

We would recommend that you stand up and move around every 2-3 hours. We can supply chairs that are suitable for an 8 hour work day, up to heavy duty chairs where different people will be using it over a 24hr period (call centres, etc)

What type of office chair is best for office work?

We would recommend you choose a chair that offers high levels of adjustability as well as good padding so that good posture is maintained

How next day delivery works

Every chair on this page is marked Next Day Delivery. When it is in stock and you order before the cut-off shown on its page, it arrives the next working day. We deliver on working days, Monday to Friday, and next day depends on stock and on the courier.

The product page shows the delivery date and a countdown to the cut-off before you add the chair to your basket.

Choosing a next day chair

Browse by type: mesh chairs, executive chairs and heavy duty chairs. Next day covers more than desk chairs: it includes meeting-room chairs and chairs rated for 24-hour use. See our next day conference chairs.

Delivery and returns

Standard delivery is free to most UK addresses. The Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and a short list of other postcodes carry a surcharge, so check our delivery policy before ordering to one of them. A chair marked Next Day Delivery arrives the next working day when it is in stock and you order before the cut-off on its product page.

Home customers can return a chair within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Check the size and seat height on the product page before you build it. We arrange the collection and the collection charge comes off your refund. Business customers pay a 15% restocking fee plus collection. The full terms are in our returns policy.

No. Next working day means Monday to Friday.
