Find the right office chair
Our office chairs run from cheap operator chairs to seats rated for 24-hour use. The quickest way to narrow it down is by type: mesh, executive, leather, fabric, ergonomic or heavy duty.
Cheap office chairs for an ordinary working day
The low-priced operator chairs, such as the Start, Versi and Denali Mid-Back, are rated for an 8-hour day and adjust for height.
Chairs for long hours and shared desks
If a chair is used around the clock or by several people, choose one rated for 24-hour use. Our heavy duty office chairs list them together.
Chairs for next day delivery
Our next day delivery office chairs page lists every chair marked for it. In stock and ordered before the cut-off on the product page, they arrive the next working day.
Buying office chairs in bulk
For bulk office chairs, from 5 chairs to a mix of models or a full fit-out, call our friendly team on 0344 755 3018 or ask for a quote, and we will price the whole order.
Delivery and returns
Standard delivery is free to most UK addresses. The Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland and a short list of other postcodes carry a surcharge, so check our delivery policy before ordering to one of them. A chair marked Next Day Delivery arrives the next working day when it is in stock and you order before the cut-off on its product page.
Home customers can return a chair within 30 days of delivery if it is unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. Check the size and seat height on the product page before you build it. We arrange the collection and the collection charge comes off your refund. Business customers pay a 15% restocking fee plus collection. The full terms are in our returns policy.
Some chairs here are made to order, such as the TNK 500, Trim and Urban Block, each in 3 to 4 weeks. Check the product page for its lead time, or ask our friendly team before you order. A made-to-order item can be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering; after that it can only be returned if it is faulty or not as described.
